2. Carrier

It is the matrix of color masterbatch. Special color masterbatch generally selects the same resin as the product resin as the carrier, with good compatibility between the two, but also considering the fluidity of the carrier.

3. Laxative

Promote uniform dispersion and no longer agglomeration of pigments. The melting point of dispersants should be lower than that of resins, and they have excellent compatibility with resins and good affinity with pigments. The commonly used dispersants are polyethylene low molecular wax and stearate.

4. Additives

Products such as flame retardant, brightening, and anti-static, unless requested by the customer, generally do not contain the above-mentioned additives in the color masterbatch.
